Our office is located in the historic Foster’s Building. The structure, a nearly 100 year old Boise landmark, was formerly used as a warehouse for Foster’s Furniture. As the BoDo development progressed, the Foster’s Building was saved and updated with modern earthquake and fire protections. After acquiring the third floor of the building, we worked with Sprague Solutions, RE Architecture and Vertical Construction to save the historic elements of the building while adding a modern touch.

From Freeway:

Take I-184 Connector to downtown, which ends and turns into Myrtle. Take Myrtle to Capitol Blvd, turn left on Capitol. Turn left on Front. Turn left on 9th Street. Turn left to enter garage shortly after turn onto 9th.

From East Boise:

Broadway to Front, turn left on Front, turn left on 9th. Turn left to enter garage shortly after turn onto 9th.

Once in garage, take elevator on left, front side of building (there are two as you leave the garage, one to the left, one to the right), get on to 9th Street. Look for the lobby marked 398 S. 9th and 314 S. 9th (it is right next to Idaho Trust Bank). Enter lobby and take elevator to 3rd floor (marked F3 in elevator).

If you take the elevator to the right by mistake, you just have to walk down Front a little further.
