Mark D. Perison was first admitted to practice in Idaho in September of 1993. He became a member of the California State Bar in 1995. Mark received his B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Idaho in 1993. Following law school, Mark served as law clerk to the Honorable Darrel R. Perry, Idaho Court of Appeals. Mark worked as an associate with William R. Snyder & Associates for nine years, focusing on real estate and business, and opened the doors of Mark D. Perison, P.A. on January 1, 2007.
Mark is the author of Equal Protection and Medical Malpractice Damage Caps, 28 Idaho L. Rev. 397 (1991) and A Guide to Attorneys Fee Awards in Idaho, 32 Idaho L. Rev. 29 (1995) and is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and legal writing. Mark is the organizer and speaker of The Foreclosure Process in Idaho, a seminar designed for real estate professionals and investors. In his spare time, Mark plays hockey, is also a certified EMT-Basic and an amateur film maker.
